Cute Idea
A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of doing makeup for one of our brides, Sara, and she told me about the cutest idea that I just had to share with all of you. At the reception they put self addressed post cards at each persons place setting asking them to write down their well wishes and favorite moments from the wedding so that when they got home from their honeymoon they would have a mailbox full of all of their friends and families memories and words of advice. I think this is such an neat, inexpensive thing to do!

We did this at our wedding too! We included postcards from Glen Arbor (where we got married) and put them in the guest bags. We received quite a few back from guests sharing their favorite part of the wedding weekend. We even received a postcard yesterday which is 6 months after the wedding. So fun to receive in the mail!
